 So, my succeeding post will be about telling you where to earn the money.

by now, im sure you already have completed your first assignment and that you already have setup your own blog (if you havent yet, signup a free blog here). 

So, you may be asking what’s next?  There’s no use writing something if you only keep it in the dark, right?  So, our next step is to make sure what you write gets noticed and that people hopefully would want to comeback for more.  Remember, the more people visiting your site, the more posibility that someone would buy something (what to buy, will be discussed later).

 So, for now, let’s focus on getting your site be noticed by people.  But before that, lets start with how we now that our site gets noticed and that people are actually coming.  To know how many people have visited your site, where they come from and what were they doing in your site, you need to install a Tracker.  There are alot of tracking systems out there but lets use something that i am very familiar of and that is sufficient for our purpose.  Im talking about Google Analytics.  Sign up for a Google Analytics account and insert the code in your blog.  There are plenty of Guide on how to use google analytics so i will not tackle that topic here.

Suppose you already have installed your Google Analytics on your blog, we can now focus on the more important task, getting people to notice your site.

In my next posts, i will tackle different methods of attracting visitors to your site based what other people have used and report the effect in this little experiment.

 For now, i would like to share a very effective link exchange system that i already know of.  It is brining over a hundred visitors to my other sites.  I am talking about Entrecard.com.  This system is like “I scratch your back and you scratch mine”.

This sytem requires you to setup a small widget where people can drop a card as well as advertise.  When people visit your site and drop a card, both of you will earn credits.  The credits then can be used to advertise your site to other people’s site.

So, get your own entrecard account, drop cards to other sites with entrecard widgets, and see how many people visit your site in return.  Please post a comment on this article to share how effective it is on your site.

Well folks, as promised, i will start my How to Make Money Online site to experiment and document different strategies and report results here on money making.  As i have mentioned in my first post (Why this jerk is doing it), this site will  give you, my friends and customers, a concrete answer to your question ”is it true that one can earn money through the internet?!?” from a person you know and can interact in person .

While we can answer that burning question soon as we progress with my thesis, im sure the question you have in mind right now is “if i could make money online, how can i get started?”.

Seems like an easy question to answer, is it?.  A simple googling  on how to earn money would reveal alot of sites offering this information.  But i tell you, those who have earned real money would say that there is no such thing as “easy money”.
